Support at your workplace

Sometimes the right first conversation is at work: your manager, HR, or a trained Mental Health First Aid officer where your workplace has them. We will help you find the words.

Confidential

Our role is you.

Confidential and independent of your workplace. What you share stays between you and your clinician, within the limits of the law.
  • Because your employer engages us, we stay independent. We do not write reports for workplace processes or take sides in workplace matters.
  • No referral or approval needed, ever. You choose when, and how.
  • No bill, no Medicare card, no catch, within your employer's Activated EAP program.
  • Early is smart. Small things stay small when they are talked about early.
Rise

This is what it is all for.

Support is not the destination. The point is you, back on steadier ground, with more skills, more backup and more room to breathe.

01
Steadier days

Sleep, stress and the everyday load, back under your control.

02
New skills

Conversations, boundaries and habits you keep for life, at work and at home.

03
Real backup

A psychologist in your corner whenever you choose, in person, by phone or on Teams.

04
Back to your best

Returning to work, and to yourself, more resourced and more confident.

Leaders & HR

Leaders, you are members too.

Everything on this page is yours as well. Your role simply adds a door: leader guides, supportive conversation scripts, confidential manager consultations and critical incident backup, all inside the same sign in.

  • Seven leader guides, from the supportive conversation to the first 72 hours after an incident
  • Confidential manager consultation with a psychologist before you act
  • Masterclasses, Mental Health First Aid and on site presence for your team
  • Quarterly de identified usage reporting for your organisation

Your leader access appears automatically after you sign in.

Critical incident

When something serious happens at work.

An accident, a sudden death, an assault. A critical incident is a workplace event, and it gets a workplace response, whether it happened to you, your team, or someone you work with.

1
Make everyone safe, including you.

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000 first.

2
Tell the right person.

Let your manager, or whoever is appropriate at your workplace, know what has happened so the response can start.

3
Reach us, either door.

Call 1300 011 031 any time and ask for critical incident support, or book an incident response session. Anyone can make this call.

4
Keep the support going.

A clinician led team debrief in the days after, and leader follow up. We help plan it with you.
